Fun stories with
- Dr. Marvin Beeman, 1957 – 1968, including riding a horse to a one room school with no water;
- Philip Scott, first to close on a Highlands Ranch home – rewarded with a steer; and
- Gary Dani who worked for Mission Viejo and was involved with many community activities.
- They tell great stories on adventures living in a developing community. Enjoy learning the early history of Highlands Ranch from these early residents.
