November is officially recognized as National Native American Heritage Month.

National Native American Heritage Month is celebrated each year in November to honor the rich histories, cultures, and contributions of Native American and Alaska Native communities across the United States.   The observance provides an opportunity to celebrate traditions, languages, and stories while raising awareness about the challenges Native people have faced historically and continue to face today
We are pleased to offer this program on Native American and Indigenous History with Presenter Christie Wildcat.   Christie is the Assistant Curator of Native American and indigenous History at History Colorado.
