Dr. Van Arsdale will be selling and signing his books before and after the presentation.
We will explore early historical accounts, since the 17th century, of presumed and fantastical other-worldly beings; the 1924 U.S. attempt to receive signals from Mars; the 1947 incident at Roswell which shaped modern UFO mythology; the “Snippy the Horse” mutilation case; and the legacy of Dr. J. Allen Hynek (“Close Encounters of the Third Kind”).
