Program Time  7-8:30 PM     Program starts following announcements, approximately 7:15 PM.  Allow for Q & A at the end, if applicable.  Arrive by 6 PM for equipment check or set up unless other arrangements have been made. Attendees (150-250) begin arriving at 6:30 PM.

Below is some general information about the venue and presentation. Please provide the information requested. 

A picture or pictures of yourself and something related to the subject matter to us,, i.e: a picture of your book/books/characters, topic related, etc. It will be included in promoting the event.
Project to the audience, be easy to understand, be animated and speak slowly as acoustics are not great and words tend to run together. NO READING FROM A SCRIPT during the presentation. Use your slideshow/PowerPoint as your outline.
Please allow for at least one week prior to the presentation so that our A/V Team can wrap your presentation into the entire program.
