Speaker Audio Visual Information and Files

Thank you for coming to speak with us and we look forward to a great experience in presenting at our our monthly programs.

For each of our programs we develop a "Wrapper" presentation with anouncement and sponsor appreciation slides.  We wrap the speaker's presention into the wrapper presentation just after the introductory slides.

We provide a headset microphone, projector and dual microphones for you use during your presentation.  If you have any additional requirements, please indicate them in the requirements.

Attach a preliminary slide presentation to give us an idea of what to expect in the final presentation.   


As per our privacy policy please be assured aware that all presentation materials, contact information will remain private and will not be distributed.

If you are experiencing problems with the upload, please use our Google Drive link to upload your media at HRHS Google Drive.


The HRHS has monthly programs occurring on the 3rd Monday of each month.
Please include a 40 character subject. This will be used in our promotional materials and web events.
Please provide your full name as you would like to have displayed on the promotions, brochures, eBlasts (Newsletter), event forms etc. If there are additional names you would like to include, Please include them in the additional information field.
Please provide us with a working phone number in the event that we need to contact you. As per our privacy polices, no information here will be shared outside of our organization. This phone number will be used in the event that we need to contact you in the event of an emergency. Please use the format XXX-XXX-XXXX
Please provide a working email address for us to contact you in the event that we need additional information for the program.
Please provide a 1 to 6 sentence paragraph that will be used as a lead in (Teaser) for our various programs event descriptions. It will be used to entice our attendees from the main web page. Also, this paragraph will be combined into the full description when the user clicks on the "More..." link.
Please provide a full description of your event that we can use as additional information for the promotional materials where it's needed. (eBlasts, Web Events).
This is where you can provide pictures, pdf files, word documents that you would like us to use in composing the promotional materials. Please include a picture or pictures of yourself and something related to the subject matter to us, i.e: a picture of your book/books/characters, topic related, etc. It will be included in promoting the event. Be assured that these files are kept private and will not be shared with anyone outside of our organization.
Please indicate if you charge a speaker fee for your speaking engagements..
Please indicate what equipment requirements you have. HRHS provides a system to incorporate your presentation into a wrapper to make the presentation go as smooth as possible without interruptions caused by changing of the media etc. HRHS also provides a head microphone.
If you would like to nave a table for the sale of your items, books, etc, please let us know. We can have tables set up in advance. Equipment We Have Available: tables/chairs, stage, podium, head and handheld microphones, sound and projection system, large screen.
Please include a short biographical paragraph for us to use to introduce you at our monthly programs. Please word it in the 3rd person.
